Luxafor - Free mini audit
Free mini auditFollow-up to our AI personalization webinar

Luxafor: we subscribed and left a €149 Switch Pro 2 at checkout. Only the cart wrote back.

At the webinar we promised a free mini audit. This is Luxafor's. Luxafor sells to two very different buyers: one person setting up a desk, and an office rolling out lights to a whole team. Personalization here is simple. Every email should know which of the two it is talking to, and what they looked at. Today the emails cannot tell, because only one kind is being sent.

We subscribed. Here is what happened.

A clear pitch, a full cart, and two emails that never say what was in it.

WelcomeThe sign-up heard nothingNo welcome, no confirmation and no PDF in five days. Someone who has just signed up is the reader most likely to open an email, and that window closes within days.
ProductNo Switch Pro 2, no photo, no priceBoth reminders say "Hi there!" and never show what was left. Luxafor's photography is its strongest asset, and it is missing here.
FramingA pause, treated as a problemExperiencing Purchase issue? describes a fault we did not have. Someone buying a meeting room light is usually still deciding, or waiting on a colleague.
ReasonsNone of Luxafor's promisesNo 30-day money-back guarantee, no 2-year warranty, and no line saying that €11 more ships free.
Keep thisA real person to reply toEmail two is signed by a named support agent and replies reach a person. That human voice stays in every rebuild below.
Why it happens

MailerLite is plugged in. Nothing reaches it, and the cart emails go around it.

From the public page source on 29 September and the headers of both reminders on 5 October. Two separate systems email customers, and the one built for marketing is the quiet one.

Five opportunities

Five emails that know who they are talking to.
